Merupakan Badan Usaha milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Muara Enim yang didirikan berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor : 4 Tahun 1986 tanggal 9 Mei 1986, yang berkedudukan dan berkantor pusat di Kota Muara Enim. Untuk melaksanakan kegiatan dalam penyediaan air bersih, PDAM Lematang Enim Kabupaten Muara Enim mempunyai beberapa Instalasi Pengelolaan Air (IPA) yang tersebar di Lima Unit Cabang Pelayanan yaitu Cabang Muara Enim, Tanjung Enim, Ujan Mas, Gelumbang, Teluk Lubuk Pendopo, dengan Total Kapasitas Produksi terpasang 757.50 liter/detik yang melayani 34.914 SR pada tahun 2020. Keberadaan Kami di Kabupaten Muara Enim adalah untuk mengusahakan peyediaan air minum (air bersih) untuk kebutuhan masyarakat di wilayah Muara Enim dan sekitarnya. Beberapa tugas utama Kami meliputi :
